01. General Info
Chozen Clothing is a new brand and store and we are excited to introduce ourselves
to YOU!
Our goal is to make sure that you are satisified with your purchase so please read all FAQ's on this page.

SHIPPING INFO: Free Shipping on purchases of $50 or more.
Your order will be processed anywhere from 1 to 3 business days depending on a variety of things:
- How quickly and IF everything clears through Pay Pal.
- If we have everything in stock, if not we will e-mail you immediately. Out of stock
items can take up to 3-5 weeks before arrival.
- The actual time to pack and process your orders.
- What time the Post Office picks up.
- Shipping delays due to the holidays, etc.
- Please know we are trying hard to get everything out to you as soon as possible,
but please take all the above into consideration. We appreciate your support of
the online store.
All Orders will be shipped U.S. Postal Service
All orders will be shipped Priority mail through the United States Postal Service.
Packages sent via Priority mail require an average of 2 to 3 days to arrive anywhere
in the continental United States. Priority mail delivers to every address in the
United States, including PO boxes and military addresses. Although your order will
be shipped Priority mail please remember it may take 1-3 days for processing time
before your order is shipped (NOTE: We are shipping from Las Vegas).
02. Bulk Orders
If you would like to place a Bulk Order for a group or an event we would be more
than happy to accommodate you! Please email us and let us know the size of your
order and we will contact you immediately with details. Depending on the size of
your order it could take 3-5 weeks to process and ship.
03. Back Orders
We do our best to keep everything stocked and available to send out to you right
away. However, we will occasionally be out of stock on some high volume items. If
we do not have the item(s) you have requested in stock, we will e-mail you immediately
to let you know it is on Back Order and get it out to you as soon as possible. (Back
Orders may take up to 3-5 weeks)
04. PayPal/Privacy
Chozen Clothing online store is using PayPal as its merchant solution. PayPal offers
the best security and privacy for your protection. Chozen Clothing will not give
out your information to anyone as we value our customers privacy.
05. Holiday Hours
- We observe all major Holidays. Orders will be filled immediately following the Holiday.
- All domestic orders placed after December 7th cannot be guaranteed to arrive before
Christmas. Our Store will be closed for the Holidays from December 22nd through
January 2nd. Orders may be placed during this time but will not be processed until
January 3rd. (NOTE This will add an extra week to the shipping time)
